AVALA MOUNTAIN WITH DESTILERY VISIT

Avala Tower and the Monument of Unknown Hero are situated on Avala Mountain, at only 20 minutes ride from Belgrade. It is currently the tallest structure in Serbia and in the Balkan region. It represents real pride of Belgraders. It was destroyed in NATO bombardment of Serbia on the 29th of April 1999. On the 21stofDecember 2006, the reconstruction of Avala Tower commenced and the tower was officially opened on 21 April 2010. Now, it is Belgrade’s significant symbol. From the Avala Tower you will be amazed by the view that spreads all around central Serbia. This imposant building is also a viewpoint, so you will see whole Belgrade. After Avala, we will proceed to destilery Quburich where you will hear the story of producing but also have a chance to taste the original serbian brandy so called „rakija“ ( few of them actually !) After that return to Belgrade.
